With a diverse background, she has successfully implemented operational CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Deltek Vantagepoint, employee learning platforms like LinkedIn Learning and Skillsoft/Percipio, and PEO environments. Her expertise extends to process improvement, providing valuable support for backend operations in various companies.

Sara provides structure to Lifescale Analytics’ operations by implementing processes, policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures that enhance organizational stability and adherence to guidelines. She plays a pivotal role in talent acquisition strategies, managing the recruitment process to attract qualified candidates. Sara ensures a seamless and candidate-centric recruitment experience by guiding applicants through the hiring and onboarding phases.
