Chief Executive Officer
Trish Geloso is the Chief Executive Officer of Lifescale Analytics. She has over 23 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Her background includes major program and contract administration, development, and the oversight of multi-million-dollar engagements for large infrastructure environments. Trish began her career in the insurance industry before moving into progressing roles at the United States Postal Service where she spent 18 years, excelling in the negotiation and administration of very large infrastructure projects with major IT vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, and AT&T.
After her time with the United States Postal Service, she became the Director of Acquisitions and Contracting for Public Sector for BIAS Corporation. Most recently she was the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for Alchemy Global Networks.
Chief Information Officer
Brian W. Carnell is the Chief Information Officer of Lifescale Analytics. He has been in the IT Industry for over 25 years and has worked for some of the top Technology companies in the World. He has held Management, Engineering, Architect, Sales, and Marketing roles at Dell, Oracle, Cisco Systems, WANG, USPS, and EchoStar during his career. Brian has also served as CEO of Dzeel Clinical and CTO of PracticeStream Media, providing leadership and technology strategies as one of the early pioneers in the medical digital media market.
During Brian’s career, he has assisted several government agencies, which include DHS, FAA, DOE, NASA, Dept of Commerce, USPTO, NOAA, and many others. Brian’s is also a creator of one of the first AI-driven autonomous flight systems for pest management and holds several patents. His technical knowledge and experience in managing very large technology organizations and setting the technology strategic direction have given him a breadth of insight that is extremely valuable to IT Industry leaders today.
Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems that includes Advanced Management Courses at The Wharton School. He holds many information technology industry certifications in networking and data center design.
Chief Insight Officer
Dan is a co-founder of Lifescale Analytics. As the Chief Insight Officer, he oversees all aspects of delivering services and results for clients. Dan began his career in application development and has managed and directed development organizations consisting of up to 100 people. He has over 25 years of IT leadership and consulting experience and has implemented successful IT practices in data security, business intelligence, data architecture, Agile IT management and enterprise architecture.
Dan’s experience with implementing strategic technology spans a variety of vertical segments including the life sciences, insurance, banking, database marketing, mortgage and medical industries. Dan has served in technology leadership positions with UNUM Life, Carlson Companies, Wells Fargo and GMAC-RFC and he has provided strategic IT consulting services to many notable organizations including: The Federal Reserve Bank, Syngenta Seeds, National Marrow Donor Program / Be The Match, Bayer CropScience and Duke Clinical Research Institute.
Dan earned a bachelor’s degree in geographic information systems from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in geography and computer science from the University of Iowa.
Chief Financial Officer
Cathie Lien brings over 30 years of Executive Operations and Administration experience to the employees, business partners and clients of Lifescale Analytics. Her previous experience includes strategic positions in the educational field at colleges and universities, several large financial institutions, and consulting firms. Cathie's attention to detail is key to making sure operations run smoothly.
Chief Cultivation Officer
Scott is the founder of DBI Consulting, as well as a co-founder and Chief Cultivation Officer of Lifescale Analytics. He began his consulting career in 1984 with Consultants in Computer Software (CICS). Scott quickly rose in the company, becoming the Chief Talent Officer where he was responsible for engaging the consulting talent with the on-going client projects.
After the company was sold to Modis, Scott launched DBI Consulting, a Minneapolis–Saint Paul firm serving clients since 1988. DBI Consulting quickly grew from engagements with leading companies such as 3M, St. Paul Cos., Wells Fargo, GMAC-RFC and others. As a co-founder of Lifescale Analytics, Scott is a great cultivator of relationships with clients, employees and partners, and is intensely focused on cultivating a dynamic culture of excellence and innovation.
